"After having a superb dining experience at Hal several months ago we were looking forward to a Valentine's Dinner. What a disappointment. The serving courses were a hodge-podge of items, most seemingly prepared earlier in the day. Excitement was passing from these bland selections. Although the staff was courteous and efficient, they could not offset the mediocre tasting menu which ran an over-priced $140. Hopefully Hal would get its mojo back. Rafa"
