"So I come here 5 -8 times a year and fall 2 $400 for 4 people including tips and liqueurs. Yeah, we're trying new things and splurge here. The new owner has withdrawn the keys in October. And we came here for new years, Eve. I was pleasantly surprised with all the new changes. The menu had added Calamari. They had also added a trifecta of meat. You added a great mixed drink menu. Try it. You're great. There are new appetizers. Also. We went over the budget, it was so good. The chefs were even better than before. More nuanced. Enjoy this new management. And owners. I'll find more changes more often. The sushi also had great changes. Welcome to Sierra vista and this place is a must to visit....

The food was great! The steak was well seasoned, the chicken had a nice taste, and the fried rice was delicious. The prices were appropriate for a Hibachi style grill.

Excellent service and fresh, delicious food. I love the atmosphere here. I've been looking for a good, fresh sushi place in Sierra Vista, and I'm positive, that's it! The restaurant is nicely furnished, with space for Hibachi, a sushi bar, discotheque and main restaurant. The staff is warm and friendly, and the service is excellent. Especially the food is top-notch!

Honestly I usually do AYCE sushi but of course there are none of those anywhere south of Tucson. Hana Tokyo is good, especially for Sierra Vista. Is it the best ever...no...not by a long shot. But this is the middle of the Sonoran desert. Is it the best in Sierra Vista...absolutely. The sushi was good, the ambiance was nice, and our server Raquel was top notch. Sushi was fairly spendy here...but that is true with most hibachi style places with sushi. Would I go back? Yep...whenever the sushi fiend strikes and I can't get to Tucson you'll find me here.

"Man I can not begin to explain my frustration with the management on site. I called to bring to their attention that in the food I had ordered had a live cockroach in the sandwich box. We had gone through the drive trough to order. I gave my kids there food and they started eating but when I opened mine I saw a cockroach moving around in the container. When I got home I called to tell them that there was a bug in my food and the manager all he did was tell me that I was lying it was not possible and proceeded to hang up. I was frustrated but with all my might tried to be calm till I was laughed at. I called a second time trying to reason and see what steps we could take to rectify this but still was told I was lying and they have the cleanest facility it undergoes rigorous weekly inspections from eco lab. he Would not even consider that in the realm of possibility that a bug could get in to their food. I don't trust myself to go back to the store with the sandwich since he has no intention of hearing me out so I have pictures of it to share with the internet instead. I gave him the option to talk this one out with me but he choose not to. If he was decent I would have drove my self back to present the sandwich and little critter to him, but after his rude backlash I would end up causing a scene witch is not needed. I wish you could give 0 stars he needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve him dealing with customers."
