"I ordered a gift card, online. The marketing manager contacted me, a few days later, to let me know they were having computer issues and apologized for the delay, but fixed things on their end. I was very impressed with the follow up. She asked if I wanted to include a note for the card, that was to be delivered directly to our friends. The husband had been in a terrible accident. We were sending the card to them as a break from meal-making. I told the manager, in order to explain the note I included. She e-mailed me back to let me know that Zorbaz added $50 onto the total!
