"This was the first place we stopped fresh off our plane from Texas and it did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious. We got the slider trio, fries, okra, mac n cheese, potato salad and the hush puppies and it was AMAZING! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and she made us feel like we were family. If you are ever in Alcoa, Hatchers is a MUST!"

The Brisket was excellent. The Carolina and the Better Together Sauses were excellent as well. The sides were very good as well. The peach cobbler was awesome.

I don't usually have high expectations for BBQ on a weekday but this was excellent. We both had good meats and sides. Definitely worth the 5mins out of the drive. Thanks for your service!!
