"I have ordered takeout from this restaurant over 20 times. The basil fried rice is a perfect 10 out of 10 and the chicken pad Thai is also a 10 out of 10. However, tonight I decided to try the honey chicken for the first time and I was extremely disappointed. The dish consisted of 17 pieces of chicken drowned in a red sauce with carrot sticks and pineapple chunks, resembling chicken soup. It had a strong artificial taste of honey and Red40 dye. I called the restaurant to provide some feedback and requested to speak to a supervisor or manager. When I shared my positive and negative feedback, they simply replied with "go ahead".
