"Really lousy tourist trap food. Everything was super salty, even the side of cheeses. I'm a Souther and I've never experienced salted gres. The worst was the Jambalaya my 22-year-old son ordered. I swear it was Rice-a-Roni. It did not resemble jambalaya and looked like dried rice in a bowl. His first comment was that it was microwaves. And it annoyed his stomach. Also the Brown Mule he had ordered had little to no alcohol in it. This place could also have been part of a chain restaurant, the “low land tariff.” My husband had very salted the shrimps. I had the Mahi sandwich barely a pineapple cautney on the sandwich. The bill was $97 for the three of us. Don't do it."

Charleston, a historic Southern city, is known for its cobblestone streets, pastel antebellum houses, and culinary gems like shrimp and grits, she-crab soup, and fried green tomatoes.
