"The fried chicken and calamari was soggy. Not crunchy at all. The Chicken had zero lemon pepper flavor, which I was charged extra for. Everything tastes like it was cooked in old dirty cooking oil. The sauce for the crab bites is not a good pairing, it actually made the crab bites taste worse. This was my first and last time ordering. If you cant get the appetizers right. I would never spend money on the crab boil. Please do better. I was rooting for you all to succeed."

This is the second time Ive ordered delivery from Hook and Reel and its absolutely fantastic. The food is always hot, travels really well, and is absolutely delicious. Just as good as eating in the restaurant.

I really had high expectations for these. I havent had crab fries since I moved back to NY from California and I have to say I was underwhelmed. The crab was more of like a crab paste than actual crab bits. Not really seasoned either way. Fries werent seasoned and we greasy. I wouldnt recommend
