"Honestly super good. I love the wings and sauce here, the waffle fries were surprisingly good (comparable to Chick-fil-A’s). But this basket was such an awful decision. Why would you give a basket with holes drenched in sauce? The sauce spilled over the entire tray. Why would you not use a box, styrofoam, literally anything that can catch the sauce? Very bad customer service. Eight employees standing around doing nothing. I stood in front of the register for 10 minutes. Not one employee asked could they help me. Was not acknowledged AT ALL. Refused to take phone orders but yet when I arrived the nine employees were standing there in separate groups small talking to one another. After 10 minutes of just standing there I took my business elsewhere.
