"Unbelievable Thai food in the most unexpected location. Who knew Blair was home to an excellent restaurant serving amazing Thai dishes, sushi rolls and other Asian flavors. A small branch on the main street through the city offers wonderfully lush curry dishes with decadent sauces, delicate meat and tasteful vegetables. The sushi never rolls disappointed, filled with seafood and vegetables. There is a little waiting due to the crazy amount of orders, but the food is good worth waiting!"

The owners are very nice and hard working. I loved everything I had here, including Sushi and Pho. The egg drop soup is the best I ever had.

Wonderful sushi rolls made by an expert! Very recommend the Blair City Roll. Salted shrimp is the best. Sushi is not fast food any order by hand to order from a master sushi cook. Expect a wait, regardless of how many servers. If you need a quick immersion, there is a lot of fast food in Blair. The kitchen at Hoshi Palate is WORTH's waiting.
