"The outdoor restaurant in Hotel Jungfrau is the perfect spot to get some sun in the winter season. They have great coffee, gluhwein, and beer. The food is very nice too. Rosti, pizza, and the kids menu is great. Service is friendly. It's also located...right next to the beginner ski lesson area. So it's quite perfect to drink and eat while watching over family taking ski lessons."

We stopped by twice when we wanted something quick with a great view. The servers were reaally attentive and nice.

Due to overwhelming Chinese guest in this hotel: the restaurant only serves Chinese food. The host is awesome but the food is very mediocre - may be warmed up from frozen meals !

We are here for dinner during low season as most other places were closed. We weren't disappointed by the meal. It has good local food and good wine. Cheese fondue was also nice.

"Unsere Gruppe übernachtete im Hotel Oberland. Wir fanden die Speisekarte ziemlich gut für ein so kleines Restaurant. Das Essen war gut zubereitet, traditionell. "The worst restaurant I’ve ever been in. I’ve never faced pure racism like this anywhere else. The manager called us names and used slurs on us. They were not serving us because of our skin color and also made fun when I said I’m from Dubai . The manager was so aggressive and told us to go back to our country. He kept using the phrase “this is my country” He kept using slurs like the F word and told us very aggressively to leave the restaurant. All this happened just cause we asked where’s our food. They kept looking down at people with different skin color . This incident had really spoiled our entire trip and shame on them for still treating people differently. I really hope the authorities will take some action on them because as per the reviews, this is not the first time it’s been happening . Overall had a very bad experience in Switzerland because of racist and illiterate people like them . (Them including the two waitresses and the Manager ."

"This is a hotel/restaurant, but all are welcome to eat. They said they could do anything on the menu gluten-free. I had the pumpkin burger with gluten-free bread and French frits. They also had bread available. Very friendly and competent staff. In any case expensive and on the chic end, but worth it."

"Very warm welcome from the staff (she).. Special mention to the person who welcomed us to the hotel, because the Swiss German and French language barrier is not easy. Room (15) very clean with a remarkable view of the EIGER!! We will return to this small village in the land of Heidi, perched in the heights and closed to cars... Thank you for your welcome."
