"India Kitchen is an excellent Indian restaurant that I would highly recommend to anyone. The food is absolutely delicious and the taste is spot on. I felt that the value of money spent was justified as I received 80% worth of what I paid for. In fact, I believe it is the best restaurant in the area for Indian food. I have already recommended it to most of my friends. Raj, who manages the restaurant, is a nice person and good to talk to. The only negative point I have is that they use too much food color in their dishes. In my opinion, taste should take priority over presentation and I hope they understand that soon. This restaurant serves food the way all Indian restaurants should. The flavors are reminiscent of the 80s, before cheaper ingredients became more common. While no restaurant can quite match homemade food, this place comes pretty close. I hope they continue to uphold their high quality standards and avoid cutting corners. The goat curry is a must-try, the naan is exceptional, and the samosas are crispy and not greasy. Overall, we had a delightful dinner experience.

The food at this restaurant is very authentic and all the dishes are of high quality and great taste. I have also tried their Indo-Chinese dishes which taste just like the real deal. Some of their gravy-based dishes have food coloring added to them, so be aware that eating them may stain your hands. I suggest asking the server for more information on the food coloring if you want to avoid that. This restaurant is highly recommended for vegetarians as they have some vegan options available as well, although you will need to inquire with the server as it is not listed on the menu.
