"This place is part of Everest Cuisine, in case you're like me and can't find it. Regardless, it's exquisite. Saag was delicious and tasted healthy and fresh. Seems like a coconut or cashew base to give it that creaminess; very nicely done. Nice folks, sunny patio. Vegan superpowers FTW!"

Worst choice on DoorDash ever. The food on their menu was far from the truth. It looked like baby purée food and there were no lentils in my soup.

Ghost kitchen. It was supposed to be open but when I got there it was “Everest cuisine” and was told “vegan basudeva” is at some other San Jose location. “Everest cuisine” had a small vegan menu, different from vegan basudeva. There’s no mention of vegan basudeva names anywhere.

"We wanted a hole in a wall place to have lunch while in this area. We looked up this place ahead of time and headed over here after our morning activity. Has their own lot and two men and women restroom located outside in their parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor and the man who checked us in got us a high chair for our little one. Lamented menus and the decor is very outdated and homey. Service is a minimal which we are perfectly fine with. The food took a while to come out even though we arrived shortly after they opened at 11am and it wasn't overly busy. Yaki Onigiri $6.95 (2 pieces. Grilled rice balls, soy sauce butter flavored, no filling Well done. All three of us were able to enjoy this. Came out pippin' hot! Dohatsuten Ramen $16.25 (Spicy garlic minced pork, shredded chili, chashu pork, stewed taro pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, chives, bean sprouts, nori seaweed, half egg My husband's. He enjoyed it. Taro Pork Ramen $15.95 (simmered tender pork belly, green onions, bean sprouts, spicy bamboo shoots, nori seaweed, half egg* extra noodles. We both got ours with Tonkastu broth. Unfortunately, I felt like the broth was spicy. I don't like spicy and we came with our toddler in which I was sharing my noodles with. I can eat spicy but it doesn't make my dining experience enjoyable. My pork belly was soft and delicious. We won't be coming back unfortunately as I don't want to be surprised by a spicy broth. Price point is good."

"Fabulous visit on a beautiful day. Enjoyed sitting by the huge open windows. The soft breezes stirred the smells from coffee drinks and hand-made sandwiches around as we read the menu. I wanted one of everything. We wound up with a sandwich, avacado toast, a lavender latte and a smoothie and it was all tasty. The staff behind the counter was friendly and engaged. We had a great early lunch and enjoyed sitting and visiting with a great view of downtown Sunnyvale!"

"Nice experience at Sushiko. I had been standing up outside of ther door and the owner (or server? of this restaurant came out to ask of I wanted to have lunch and offered me a menu. I came back a couple of days later as I had a craving for japanese food. We got lunch bentos with 2 items, including rice, salad, and a slice of orange, and 2 items of your choice. In total we got teriyaki chicken, teriyaki salmon, tonkatsu, and some sashimi. The food was fair, the place is nicely decorated, and service was very nice and approachable. We also got a serving of fried California roll, so we were really full after all that food. I'd come back for more of those bento and maybe to try the ramen they have on special these days!"
