"Insomnia cookies used to be good fresh cookies.. now it?s just cold hard cookies. This time, my box of cookies came with one that looked like someone took a small bite out off. The ice cream and cookie dough was disappointing.. even store bought ones taste better. Really miss the quality cookies I used to get here. Not worth the price."

The cookies were pretty good! They were warm upon being put in the box, making them all the more enjoyable once I ate them, which was pretty much right after they got put in the box. Very solid overall. Here's a picture of my half eaten ones.

Absolutely pathetic delivery service. They don't follow instructions. They put your order in front of automatic doors (at senior apartment) so when you open the doors, it smashes your order. I got a baby bite (very small scoop) of mint ice cream with a giant, hard brownie. Nothing fresh about this place.
