I had problems with my delivery order and was refunded. I had the same problem again and I called to make the bakery aware that this was not a problem, but an internal problem that happened several times. they heard and corrected the problem more than enough. the problem should not happen, but it has been corrected 3× fold. that is a good customer service. I don't remember the name that solved the problem, but thank you. that is how a company treats its customers and is very appreciated.
