"We visited Mr. Smalls for a concert from the city. Iron Born Pizza was one of the only places that had vegan options and just a few minutes walk from the venue. There was only one review so we were not sure what to expect. There is no advertising for the Humble Pie in the shop, only on the website. We asked and they did it for us. All their cakes are Detroit style with a thick fluffy crust. We ordered one for both of us for $13. It took about 15-20 minutes to make and was a lot for both of us! Having tried several vegan pizza options in Pittsburgh, I believe that Iron Born's Humble Pie is the best choice for me. If I could, I would give it 5 stars.

During our visit to Mr Smalls for a concert, we tried Iron Born Pizza for the first time as it was one of the few places nearby with vegan options. With only one review, we weren't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. Although there was no mention of the Humble Pie in the shop, they were able to make it for us when we asked. Their Detroit style pies have a thick fluffy crust and we ordered one for $13, which was enough for both of us. The wait time was around 15-20 minutes, but it was well worth it.
