"This place is a local place on Brown St in Akron. The food is always good when you get it.However when I ordered the chicken the young man on the phone said that he would replace thighs with legs as we don't like thighs.When I got there the owner was very nice and very polite.When the chicken was done he gave it to me.When he gave me the chicken they did not do that.Son be honest on the phone and don't tell me Something will be done when it's not. Sad. The owner has a sign up Help wanted.NOW I SEE WHY.IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB CHECK IT OUT. GREAT OWNER NEEDS SOME GREAT HELP."

Was on hold for 8 minutes, then called back it rang for ever so I just drove over and found the kid that was answered the phone was in the parking lot talking to his friends. Been ordering from here for 30 years. Service is not the same as it once was. They could not make jojo's due to the lack of breading. The only reason I order from here is the food is on point when they get it right.

I see reviews of people saying they grew up on this place. Well I happen to be one of those. Over 40 years . Use to be fantastic. THe last 10-15 years it’s really gone down hill. Kids working there don’t know how to cook or customer service. Their attitudes are terrible. Parking lot is atrocious and has been for years. THe last two times I ordered from here... I picked up and had to wait over 30 minutes extra both times. The pizzas has almost no Sauce and barely cooked. Kids didn’t even care. Just a shame. This place use to be the best . And I mean the best place .
