"I placed an order at this restaurant and they charged my card. When I arrived, I waited for 45 minutes only to be told by the employee that someone had already picked up my order. The manager was rude on the phone and claimed they didn't see my order, but then quickly found it and mentioned a refund would likely be issued in the morning. I wasted 1 hour and 20 minutes of my time here and found the experience to be very unprofessional and chaotic. This was my first visit and I am hesitant to return, especially with concerns about the replacement food being made."
