"Top shelf! We were told by so many people who feed here. As food and steak enthusiasts, we had our share of fairy tales about steaks, which must have and very few live until the hype. HOWEVER, J5 is not a fairy tale. From the outside it looks like a middle of the street steak house, but inside is another story. Fast, friendly service. All family atmosphere. And of course our food was wonderful and quite expensive. The Steak-DID actually live up to the hype. Well prepared, properly seasoned and melted in my mouth. Hardly a knife needed. Job well done J5!!!"

At the first visit here and it was great. Loved the terrace and the open space where the children could enter while waiting for food. The food was delicious. Service was great.

In the area for our anniversary with our dog. Great place. Not sure about the other last bad reviews, but we had a great experience! A hidden jewel. When I was from Houston I was comprehending about a steak house in Spicewood but was completely satisfied. The staff was very attentive and the food came quickly and perfectly cooked. Our dog was welcome to the veranda dining area. The prices were reasonable. A great night for the anniversary.
