We usually live in Norman, but had stopped going to that location because of incorrect orders, items being out of stock, "cleaning" the kitchen during peak hours, and customers reporting finding roaches in their food. Five years ago, this restaurant was fantastic. Three years ago, it was awful. However, for the last 1.5 years, it has been consistently great again. Not sure what happened in between, but we had stopped eating here because of it. The sandwiches used to be constantly burned, including the bread, and everything tasted old and cold. However, in the past 1.5 years, we have visited four times and the sourdough chicken sandwich has been grilled perfectly - not dry or stringy like before. The fries are always hot and fresh, and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the tea tastes a little off and the soda machine is always flat. We hope the food stays consistently good.
