"I was a little apprehensive about going to a hotel restaurant, but Jackson's far exceeded my expectations. The drinks were excellent get the margarita!, and all of the food was great. This is a great place to go for a special night out. Covid protocols were clear, and distancing was easy. Highly recommend"
