"Their food is good but they always get the order wrong. I place a order two days ago and asked for the side to be potato salad, they gave me pasta salad. I just ordered a salad which was suppose to come with avocado and cheese and I have neither...... Update.. Decided to give them another try. They almost got the food order correct. I asked for oil and vinegar for my salad, they gave me a ranch type and this is the avocado they gave me. It still has the skin on part of it. Not to mention, why do they have curbside pick up when they never bring the food out to you after you tell them you're there?"

I'm the only one in here, and it took 15 minutes to get my food. When it came out, my hot sandwich was cold. I had to ask for it to be reheated. They did heat it, but got the bread so soggy, I couldn't even pick it up to eat. I like this franchise, but didn't like it today.

we always loved jasons deli, but unfortunately this time the experience was not great. we have ordered the pick-up from bord. my man ordered the Steak-Po-boy $10.79) now he ordered it with only cheese and mayo, but when we came home, it had no cheese, only mayo and hardly meat. even for the price it would be nice if the sandwich were bigger.
