"This was an absolutely insane experience. We usually go here for coffee when my sister comes to visit and this was the worst experience I have ever had. We ordered at the start no issues, then the muffin we ordered came out wrong. No problem, went back and got the muffin. Muffin was dry and gross but beside the point. My sister waited about 20 minutes for the coffee then we waited about 45 minutes for our bagel and sausage scramble. Went up and they told me they had no ticket for that. They said they would make it. About 20 minutes later the scramble came out, still no bagel. Waited another 10 minutes and went back up. They said they had no ticket for it yet again.
