"We used to order from this place from time to time, but I don't know what changed (management or ownership? . Our last visit was uninviting. We walked in to order lunch and the employees were rude. Additionally the online menu no longer reflects what they carry, so you shouldn't order unless you're inside the shop, which is a bit dingy. The subs themselves were average. Better than Subway, but nothing to rave about.Edit: I wanted to add one more star to my rating for the professional response from the GM."
