"First time here and I ordered a Mikes Philly Cheesesteak no onions or peppers. I got home to eat lunch and of course it had onions and peppers. I called and wanted them to send me a correct one. They said they couldn't do that but come back and they would make a new one I returned and dealt with Rick who made my new sandwich. He was very nice and apologized. The sandwich was pretty good. If there is a next time I will certainly verify my order."

If the three individuals working behind the counter are a reflection of our future, our country is in serious trouble. They are some of the laziest and most incompetent people I have ever encountered.

I called at 4:30 in the afternoon to place an order for two sandwiches. The person who answered the phone confirmed my order but then put me on hold. After six minutes of waiting, I ended up hanging up as nobody returned to take my order. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location again.

"First off way over priced. Small portions and the drink machines are cleaned about once every 6 months which means caked on sour milk in the dispensers. They use tap water for the iced teas and lemonades. Kitchen was filthy, floors and refrigerator in the back we’re filthy. They freeze the left over bagels over night and would mix old tuna into the new tuna salad. It’s disgusting. The Owner is very high strung and agitated very often, could be lack of sleep or something else more personal but even at that you can’t take it out on you’re employees or customers. Anthony is very hot tempered and needs to realize he runs a small little deli that most of the town passes by anyway and isn’t a brain surgeon or building rockets for space x. Get a grip and stop using people to do work you’re too lazy to do."

"Excellent fast service and gourmet level menu. We started with mussels in a marinara sauce that was cooked exactly right. I loved the homemade sauce. It was cooked right. The lemon sole over garlic spinach was excellent. Fresh tasting like a homemade meal. I'm looking forward to returning. My only complaint is that it's not around the corner of me."
