"Idk what happened. The staff was great, the restaurant was clean, bright and well stocked. We got our sub, it had an item we took off the order and the items we wanted extra were barely there. We ate it but weren 't satisfied when we left. We just hoped the sub we were taking home for our son was better."

Delicious subs. Staff was friendly even though a bit busy. Watched an employee call another store to get an online order placed by a customer picking up at this store by mistake. Above and beyond.

The guy and girl who were working today we're very friendly, welcoming, and polite. Since I wasn't getting cheese, they offered to give a little extra meat which that has never been offered before, so I thought that was nice. Sandwich was made well and it tastes good. Will come back again
