This was my second visit to this restaurant; my first visit had been fantastic. Today, I ordered a GIANT and a REGULAR Great Kahuna Chicken. The food was wonderful, but they forgot my salad and fresh onions on both sandwiches, even though I had requested extra salad on one of them."
