"Easter dinner Wagu steaks! We have never paid the price for Wagu but decided the time was right. The shop is located in what looks like an office park so that threw me for a minute or two. Once inside we were greeted by a friendly lady behind the counter. After explaining that we had never tried Wagu she helped guide us to the right cut of meat. This stuff is not cheap but she swore we would love it. And we did! Huge dinner hit and we used the leftovers for steak and cheese subs the next day. Steak was buttery smooth.
