"I called in a simple order for a spaghetti about 16 o'clock so they're finished at 16:30 o'clock, I went at 4:45 and it wasn't finished! I was told that the order ticket was lost. I'm on my $14 spaghetti for 10 minutes. I paid with two gift cards, then I will be told if I will use a credit card for the rest, which I have to pay more, there is a 2.99 fee for credit cards. Ordered Calamari and it was horrible, totally dehydrated, like crispy jerky, it went out in the trash. Ordered and picked up dinner in 20 minutes so we were not late, it must have been under a heat lamp for ages. Really disappointing.
