"Heard a lot about this chain restaurant, but never tried it because it's not nearby to me. I was in the vicinity and decided to check it out. Lucky I was able to find nearby parking. Restaurant was very clean, bright, and with an open feel even though majority of dining was in the middle. Very few fast food restaurants (within NYC) actually have a restroom for customers, and the one in here was very clean and spacious. Customer service was good and staff was informative about food items when inquired. Food was good, delicious, but pricey.
