"When I first toured the venue it was very charming and I loved the energy. I was extremely stressed and did not know what questions to ask. I had been searching all over DFW for a beautiful and affordable venue. When I stumbled across The Journey Cafe I was so relieved. Kim was easy to deal with and kept in contact with me over the months of planning. She calmed my nerves several times and even sent ideas for decor since this was a DIY wedding. The day of the wedding was a blur, but I had an amazing time with friends and family and was so happy to marry my new husband that I barely noticed any little hiccups that occurred. Absolutely, amazing space! The inside had some amazing rooms. While the outside was perfect for group gatherings! Very eclectic, and intimate!

Came here for a kickback, and the outside area was beautiful. The inside of the event center definitely needs some renovations, especially at the restrooms.
