"The drive through speaker was consistently cutting out so I asked politely what she said and she snapped back at me and attempted to degrade me. I apologized and told her the speaker is cutting out and she continued to keep yelling and attempting to degrade me…I politely told her that I was too much of a hasstle for her it seemed so I wished her a merry Christmas and left. This is the food we were served is basking in mass amount of grease! Our family used to love KFC, Now we race home to bathrooms w upset stomachs and disgust. Slimy chicken, overcooked chicken, food soaking in grease- no care for product expectancies let alone service to the public. W this food.

Never been to this one before until this evening, will definitely be the last time. After I paid for my order, they asked me to pull forward because they were waiting for my food to be ready… get home 10 minutes later, open the food, and it was old chicken that tasted like rubber. I dont recommend for anyone. Oh, and I sent KFC the pics of thw food, so we'll see how that goes… update ain't nothing changed, there is still a wait and the food is still not worth it.
