"Make an order online and picked up in the store. On arrival home I discovered that both commands were wrong (two legs and drum, unlike two breasts and wings). I returned to the store to request an exchange. As soon as I moved up to the window, they realized their fault without my explanation. I was given a hot fresh replacement and an apology. All employees were very polite, friendly and apologetic. They trained new team members and I was very pleased with their professional handling of the situation. The food was much better than I had in the past. Please keep up with the refreshing infusion of customer service!"

I ordered a 2 piece crispy chicken meal, and my husband ordered the crispy chicken tender meal among other things for the family. The chicken had absolutely no seasoning, and that includes the chicken tender. It also tasted like both the chicken andfries have been sitting. The order came up to a little over $30 and we were not satisfied at all. I do not recommend this place.

In this hard time, in which it is hard to find workers who want to work, instead of among Biden's nipple these women here at this KFC really work hard during the busy rush hours to give the customers a great and friendly experience I always love to come here and I will stay here for a long time or as long as they continue to have the great service that they have today to go back to a missing item, but there is no need for any

Okay, let me start by being my first review. That means I'm sorry if I'm missing labeled criticism, but I just have to write something. I have to put the spotlight on the PHENOMENAL and most FRIENDLY customer service I've ever seen in a fast food facility! These guys are so beautiful and respectful, an amazing breath of fresh air in these crazy times. Damn, I came a little early last night and instead of closing like any other fast food restaurant, they instead took my order and tried their best to get my order with what they had left for the night. I'll come if I'm in need of KFC, great job guys!
