"The food is good but the prices on-line are ridiculously high. Then you add in $10 or more in fees, it is just ridiculous. I dont mind the tip. Ive only ordered once and it was because there was a $10 off offer. One example: $3.00 for a chicken thigh...come on."

"Food pricing is outrageous, $16 for a small bowl of lasagna. Chicken was dry in the fettuccine alfredo, and I hardly was served any drinks. Visibly understaffed, the waiters/waitresses were both waiting and bussing at the same time, although they were doing the best they could with the circumstances they were in. We asked for the check, then waited 15 minutes and no one came back, so we had to go in and ask for it at the front. Overall ok experience, just wish the service would've been better."

"I had lunch today and was very disappointed—not with the service, but with what came out of the kitchen. I ordered a fish Veracruzana, but instead received what looked like fish nuggets topped with a bit of salsa. The menu stated that it would come with rice and coleslaw, but that wasn't included. Additionally, I noticed that the cash register was not functioning properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
