"When using the touch free ordering, it showed the Vegan Choices as Sold Out. However it was a glitch, and the staff took excellent care w/ my order. I dined in, smaller dining area. Clean, airy, comfortable premises. My Bibimbap had a nice “kick” in flavour, which was lovely on such a cold day. Will return when I’m next in town."

I got the vegan bowl – it was very fast and was so delicious and tasteful! Perfect amount of spice. It is pricier than you would expect for fast casual, but so it is worth it. Blown away.

While there are only three vegan options, it is mainly in downtown STL where there is a virtual desert for vegans. They offer two bowls and a number of vegan tacos. Both bowls are tasty and the wort is not too overwhelming.

They have a separate vegan menu with a few options available. I tried the vegan bibimbap bowl and the 3 vegan tacos. The rice in the bibimbap bowl was a little chewy and the tacos didn’t have a lot going on but overall I enjoyed it. Updated from previous review on 2021-10-24
