The managers will tell you that are not vegan, but if you look at the allergy nutrition part of their website, it shows the majority of the breads are actually vegan. I thought it was ironic that they say, “we only use the naked essential ingredients to make our bread” but they were with milk and eggs (which are not often in the breadmaking). They will tell you that all breads have milk. This was my answer to at least two visits. No dedicated vegan friendly options. Skip this place.

Good place for a quick lunch - they have a passage! I always get the veggie sandwich without cheese and no kneader sauce, sub yellow must on hazelnut 12 grain bread without milk beer on the side. Although this is the only vegan option, I will never get sick of it. I also bought whole breads there for dinner or parties and they are delicious.
