Ordered two milk teas on the app today, not sure if they made it ages ahead of the scheduled pick up time but there was no ice whatsoever in either of them with a big gap at the top of the cup.The tea itself lacked any sort of real flavor and the bubbles are actually hard/stale and way too chewy. Officially won't be coming back. There are much better options for bubble tea in the area (Gong Cha, Ten One Tea etc)"

Order was placed online on Fri midday, took few mins to pick up, place wasn't too busy, seating is available indoors and area for collection of online orders
