"Would give this place 8/5 if I could. I never had pork as crispy and perfectly cooked as here, from Michelin star restaurants to hole in the walls in Asia. If I were Anthony Bourdain, I would put this place on the map. We stopped at New Years and the owners were closed early, but they offered us to make crispy pork with onions and tomatoes because it would be fast. We had fun watching the chickens nearby. The food was well worth the waiting made to order fresh, the crispy pig was perfectly salted and incredibly crispy. The chopped onion and tomato salad was a delicious supplement. Delicious!!! Yummy and highly recommend! I loved the bbq pork skewers and the pork belly. The fried rice is also flame.

Great food and very friendly service. You order and he cooks it. Served fresh and hot. Worth the wait even if you are hungry. Google map says location is on the cemetery, but the correct location is actually across inside the small parking lot. We go back every chance we get. Sarap (tasty)! Update: 07/24/2019 New paint color, new schedule, same owner and quality. Never disappointing and always worth the wait. Same advise, call and order ahead, cash only.

Huge portion size!!! Easy to find in the parking lot with only a few spots. Place is cash only and was pretty busy when I was there. We got egg fried rice and crispy pork with rice and a pork bbq skewer. Staff were super nice and handled a bunch of orders quickly. We did have to wait 20 mins but there was a lot of people ahead of us and you could see the staff flying around the food truck. Definitely check out and go up or down the highway to one of the pull off spots to watch the surfers!
