Despite the very well-sorted and richly filled card with noble creations, the Maestro is happy to make the effort to explain all the special features on the daily ticket in the square. And who thought that in the menu stand fancy treats, such as fresh Salmone al pepe rose, will only surprise the Dorade in Sagittarius bed with delicious lamb in Barolosoße, Lupo del mare. As an appetizer there were buffalo mozzarella with roasted pine nuts and the usual ingredients, such as basil, tomatoes and balsamico. Magically seasoned and tasted and perfectly arranged.
