"Located by the landmark Madonna statue, directly in the city center, La Grotta is an mid priced Italian restaurant. A full menu with pasta and pizza meals around 10 Euro+. Other dishes were in the 14-24 Euro range. Our food was very tasty and wine was excellent, but a bit pricey for this wine town. Very enjoyable outdoor cuisine, A bit surprisingly we heard 4 languages among the 12 outdoor tables during our visit. The city center was active, but very quiet and a great spot. Service was average, but our waiter granted our request for a seat with a better view of the area. We were quite happy. Save room for a great ice cream dessert directly across the street."

... in vielerlei Hinsicht: leicht zu finden an einem zentralen Platz, 34 Plätze in einer sehr netten Atmosphäre und die Portionen: ich hatte Vitello Tonato (13,50), da kennen ich anderen Portionen; allerdings sehr sehr lecker.Mein Nachbar (man schaut ja auch mal über den Tellerrand ;-) ) Spaghetti. Davon wird man sicher satt.Trotzdem eine empfehlenswerte Adresse, gemütlich und nett.

Gestern waren wir dort erstmals zum Essen. Meine Frau hat sich für Spargel mit Lachs und ich für Rumpsteak mit Spargel entschieden. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und die Zutaten einwandfrei!Das Ambiente in der Altstadt sowie die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen sind wunderbar.Der Service war adrett und ordentlich gekleidet sowie höflich im Umgang.Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist angemessen und da die Leistung tadellos war, haben wir gerne 10 % Trinkgeld auf die Rechnungssumme gegeben.Bei Gelegenheit werden wir diesen Italiener erneut gerne besuchen.
