They’ve reopened! Friday and Saturday nights only for the time being. I ate there last night and thought the food was really much better than it was before they closed. Looking forward to eating there more!

I absolutely love this place. The food is delicious, the drinks are creative, and the staff is amazing. If only they were open more often, I would be here every Wednesday when most other restaurants in Portland are closed. I have to give it three stars though, because the limited hours are frustrating. How can they afford to only be open for 20 hours out of the 168 in a week? It just doesn't make sense. And closing at 10 is too early for a city like Portland. Please consider staying open until 11. Additionally, it would be great if they could allow kids by changing their license. I would love to bring my children here for some queso and margaritas on a regular basis.

This has been mine and my husbands favorite taco spot for over 6 years. Before the pandemic, this was our go-to spot for date night. The food and drinks are INSANELY good. We have tried so many other places in Portland and no where can compare. My personal favorite is the queso and chips and Al Pastor taco… I can’t even describe how yummy they are ahhhhh. We moved away in 2018 and came back in 2020. We were so sad (my heart was CRUSHED) to see La Taq was permanently closed but I drove by one time maybe 6 months ago and saw LA TAQ WAS OPEN!!
