"This was my second visit to Rustica Ristorante and it was as good as the first. The manager is very accommodating and needs his time to get to know his clientele. The food is incredible. During my first visit, I was unable to decide what to get, so they offered me half of horror from two different dishes. For an appetizer, I chose the shaved brussel sprouts with parmesan flakes, dressed in lemon juice. Unbelievable! I had her gnocchi, her homemade pasta with fennel sausage and cauliflower, as well as her ravioli filled with braided short ribs and ricotta. I also tried the order of my husband from Lachs. Great. For dessert, I served her cheesecake with warm caramel sauce and fresh blueberries as well as her coconut cake with crushed chocolate. I'll take it off with a hoodie. I proposed to the waitress (before my husband), but she assures me that she doesn't cook the food, she just serves it. An experience worth the journey from beginning to end!"

"It's a real shame. This place has a beautiful, historical location directly on the water, so you would expect to find class, elegance and top-quality service. Unfortunately, all three were absent. Water glasses were not refilled, the bathrooms were very untidy at the rough border, and the music was modern pop. When I am in a large old building next to a renowned musical venue, more music would have been expected. Most customers this afternoon were 60 and probably the same. I felt that the music was more for the preference of the staff than for the guests. The food was well prepared and tasty, which was the only highlight that was otherwise a very disappointing culinary experience."

"Called to ask about a promotional deal subway was running. And they hung up on me before I even finished talking. Bad customer service. edit because I can’t reply? I was not asking for prices or anything. Just if the restaurant was participating. There’s no need to ask about pricing when it’s free. A simple “yes we are, thank you have a good day” would’ve taken 2 seconds"

"It's sad to write a review like this about a local restaurant that serves fresh and local food, in a cute but cramped house next to the post office. Very quaint. Customer service? They get upset with you for not knowing the rules of how to handle the incredibly cramped space on a Sunday morning when they also have a musician in the corner. No one assumes there's a rule of lists on the door when you walk in a restaurant. Point the rules out nicely, no need for condescension. Would have left, but because we chose to sit outdoors, we had to pay before the food arrived. We had to stand behind a car in the drive-through to order, they wouldn't let us order inside where there were two empty seats at the counter. The fresh local-sourced food is dry and tasteless. Hard to pull that off. They use plastic utensils in plastic packaging. You can't get a napkin unless you open it. Not going back."

"good food. I had the flag favorite sandwich. it was very tasty but wasn't quite a fan of the after taste of the red peppers, they tasted either seasoned or loaded with preservative. but the portions were good. price was fair. the sanitation especially now during covid era was impeccable. one odd quirk take note for men's room lock because it has a latch which is tiny and easy to overlook, it can make you feel like you're locked in. overall this is a great date night or night out. definite step up from a hole in the wall pizzeria."
