"This place is a hidden gem; Erie is lucky to have such amazing traditional Mexican food with ingredients this healthy and authentic! They don't have a deep fryer; they don't use chili powders, only peppers; they source their meats and vegetables with the customer's satisfaction and health both in mind. The recipes are the ultimate perfect version of Mexican foods found at other traditional Mexican restaurants. They have a special entree in addition to the regular items, and I would suggest that. Our chicken was cooked to perfection; the queso fundido was better than and unlike any other I'd had before; the soup was wonderful and I wanted to drink the broth; even our margueritas were better...

Comfortable atmosphere, tasty mojitos and margaritas, delicious food. My book club enjoyed our meal and talking to the owner about our shared passion for reading. I'm sorry we waited so long to try this place.

"My wife and I were seated upon entering the establishment by Mary. She had asked if we had a reservation and we said yes, Mary said my first name Mark and as a joke I interjected, yes, Mark Smitti, Haha. Treasure came to the table to offer us something to drink with a water bottle and 2 glasses, which we appreciated. We used our Diners Club Card and she thanked us for having it out for her to see. She then explained what we couldn't use the card for and told about the appetizers and specials for the day. Treasure took our order and delivered our drinks. The food was exceptional, the fish tacos were fabulous from the presentation to the taste of well blended flavors that excited the palette. the house salad was just the right size and had an excellent array of greens, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. I got the fried chicken with fries which included 3 pcs of the most lightly seasoned fried chicken. A drum stick. thigh and breast. was hard to tell it was fried. My wife got Poulè Sautè; boneless chicken breast sautèed with artichoke, sundried tomato, baby spinach smothered with creamy Havarti cheese. mashed potato vegetable. Portion size was perfect for both meals. We topped it off with Pineapple Eddie; Vanilla Almond poundcake served with fresh pineapple sauce, vanilla ice cream, house-made rum sauce. The overall experience was fantastic, we will be back.
