"I stopped by and despite it being busy, the barista did a great job at prepping everyone's orders promptly. I got a croissant sandwich and it was perfect and comforting. I live next to closer coffee shops, but I think I'll start coming here more frequently. I ate one of the tables outside."

Great coffee and breakfast bagels. Super nice owner too. Veggie and cream cheese bagels was amazing, had some nice seasonings and great flavor.

Lava Java owned by Annie, has been in my neighborhood for almost 25 yrs. Everything is reasonably priced, and the food that is prepared without a kitchen is comforting. Excellent chilled beverages and good hot coffee. Sidewalk cafe and limited indoor seating.
