"This was upgraded by other reviewers, so maybe I had high expectations... It was super crowded with packed tables outside the day I was there. This caused mixing and a 40-minute waiting time. My proposal is that if you want to experience this place best, don't even think about going there when it's crowded."

"Good morning, So what about our first and last experience... The reception is pleasant and attentive. Few people even during noon time except that the other terraces are crowded. Now we know why. I took a minced pork parmentier style at 26 chf and no flavor in the mash and very limited quantity. The meat was fat free. But definitely not worth the price because of the blandness. My companion had ordered a salmon pavé and there was only rice as an accompaniment and for 26 chf Which is very light for the price paid My daughter had taken a children's dish with perch fillets which was good and the fries were fresh. 21 chf all the same Served almost 5 min after us. In view of the asking price, we expect a first-rate service and a good time. Ha yes in the menu the average price of the other dishes was 38 chf and there were only 5 different dishes Frankly the food is of good quality but not the flavors that one would expect compared to the price levels asked"

"Delightful little restaurant and bar. Service was friendly, fast and professional. Food was super and very affordable. Husband had the Monday special of pork with potatoes and mushrooms... very delicious. I had the small order of perch filets menieure with frits. Much more than I could eat and absolutely wonderful. Very good prices compared to what we experienced in Switzerland. Also a local red and white wine -both very good. Very recommend to stop here instead of going to Luasanne for a meal."
