"This is the BEST restaurant I have eaten at in Connecticut! Salmon was very fresh well cooked and delicious. Fries are crisp and simply amazing. Burger was perfect and filling, quality and not greasy! Incredible asparagus and mashed potatoes. All in all I can say it is well worth the price the quality and exceptional service speaks for itself. Repeat customers! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: The chef will accommodate any alterations to the menu with great care and concern Kid-friendliness: They are kind, it is a small restaurant but the place is accommodating and the fries are delicious! I would like to underline outstanding staff working here. Our daughter is celiac and the staff went out of their way to make sure that everything on her plate is gluten free. Food is high quality and very delicious. Their mashed potatoes bring me France. Everything was very juicy and full of flavor. "Really disappointed. Service was terribly slow. Took too long to get a drink order. Food order very delayed. After dinner was put on table, no check back. I did not like one small plate. Only after we finished eating did someone clearing the table asked what was wrong with the food and offered me something else. My wine glass was empty for over minutes before anyone noticed and asked if I would like another glass of wine. I had to ask or seven times for the door to the patio to be closed. We were freezing, so eventually I asked to be moved for dessert. Very unprofessional service. Menu very limited. We spent a great deal of money, drinks appetizers , entrees and desserts. The only thing going for the place is the view"

"Honestly, I’ve been eating here longer than I can remember (childhood) and it’s my favorite restaurant in the world. Between the fresh soups, juices and smoothies, crepes and sandwiches I feel like I can eat here every day and never get bored. And I leave with a full stomach proud of my healthy choices. I now live in Colorado, but I make sure I come by every time I’m in town. Ps- they have this ginger lemon mint honey hot tea that I had to learn to make at home I loved it so much. I hope they still make it!"

"My family and I came here for dinner and had a great experience. The place is a little small and cozy so it helps to call ahead if you want to dine in. The service was excellent. The staff was incredibly polite and very accommodating. At the end of our meal, our waitress packed and bagged all our leftovers for us. As for the food itself, it tasted great. The serving sizes were very large, even for the appetizers. I had the mango fish curry and was very happy with my choice. It tasted great and you can’t go wrong with that choice!"

"I recently embarked on a culinary journey at the Famous Greek Kitchen with my family. This was our second time here and we loved it! Among the culinary delights, I chose the soft shell crab, an exquisite gem from their specials. At the same table, two adventurous souls opted for the moussaka, while others indulged in the allure of Moroccan chicken and stuffed peppers. The symphony of flavors that graced our palates was not just delightful, but a masterclass in culinary artistry. The staff elevated our experience, their warmth as palpable as the aromas that filled the air. Attentive to every detail, they ensured our glasses were never in want of water and checked in on us with genuine care. Famous Greek kitchen's charms extend both indoors and out, where the outdoor seating resembles an enchanting garden oasis. While indoors matched the charm, I must confess it ran a tad warm. As with any masterpiece, imperfections exist. The parking situation proves to be a minor hurdle, with limited street parking and a small lot across the street. A drawback, though one beyond the restaurant's control, it could prove inconvenient for diners. Despite these minor inconveniences, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to those in search of an exceptional and tantalizing dining experience."
