When faced with the delay, cashier Celeste G apologized by saying she was busy supporting others with their tasks. When the other sales were made aware of them, she said. You got your pizza, what do you want now? No excuse or even recognition of their oversight. Simple, rude and unconsidered display of poor people and professional skills."
