"Nice to have this place here in Hawks Prairie now. I went in and ordered the Loco Moco. It comes with 2 beef patties on top of a bed of white rice with brown gravy and 2 eggs (cooked to order) and a side of macaroni. The flavor is good. My only complaint would be the beef patties where over cooked and dried out, they were gritty texture like you get from way over processed beef. The staff were friendly and the prices are reasonable. The tables in the restaurant needed to be cleaned. ALL OF THEM!. I was trying to give the benefit of a doubt that they were busy with dinner rush and were not yet able to wash the tables. But I was the only guest for about 10-15 minutes while waiting for my orde...

I liked the food however not sure if the customer experience is considered. I noticed the workers are younger however for a business I feel you still have to know how to be professional. They played music and one of the workers were singing over it. Im not saying this to make anyone feel bad but for next time I'd say consider the customer first.

This Hawaiian BBQ joint was just what I was looking for. I needed something that was tasty but different from all the other things around the area that feel standard. The BBQ beef was delicious and we loved the musubi hit the spot in the evening as well as leftovers in the morning! I wish I had taken some pictures before I devoured them. We got there 20min before closing and ate out of the back of our car. It was perfect at 8 some thing pm after driving for hours.

Family Friendly Cash/Card accepted Restroom available Dine in available Free open public Parking Late post, but all worth mentioning. Grew up with this food chain while in High School. Absolutely love the menu item, especially if I'm craving for fame deep fried islander food and starch. Located in Lacey Plaza where Home Depot and Coldstones are located in. They finally opened a spot where it can be accessed easier. Few locations are in Tumwater and Lakewook/Tacoma area as well. Clean, hipster environment. Hope they manage to keep it up. Staff are friendly and cheery. Average price just like anywhere else.

"the description of this place as “multiple” vegan rolling is misleading. the vegan menu is massif – it has 31 different vegan nigiri and roll to choose, with items like vegan crab and thunfish plus a lot of interesting appetizers and escape. we came here with our five years old and she inhaled the potsticker, crispy inari and japchae (not japanese, but still delish, while my man and I are stuffed on the spicy california; dragon; crispy vegan; and “order them first think later” rolls plus several nigiri. everything was so delicious. "Overwhelmed by takeout with low to no din in. As a result, it is obviously not good for employees or patrons. Mediocre. Don't get sushi. By the way: there were a number of new din in the customers. My expulsion was in a bag, in the window, within the arms to reach and paid. While the staff took a wire over the phone, I let the people in the line know that I wanted to know the staff that was my bag, they could quickly hand over and out (after waiting 5min). She told me these people were here first, so wait. So I said, or I can just walk around and grab it. She said, Okay, whatever I did. Everything I'm all right with. Except her food shows the same amount of disregard."

"The service at this restaurant is the worst. They completely messed up my pick-up order. I called to let them know, but was told to come back in. When I returned later, they were closed for lunch and I couldn't wait. Today, when I went back, the girl working there was incredibly rude. She asked for my receipt and the date, even though the lady I spoke to previously should have had my name. As I tried to find my purchase on my phone to determine the form of payment, she impatiently said she would put in my order first before I could leave. Once again, my order was incorrect, leading me to suspect it was intentional. I left the restaurant giving her the middle finger for her excessive rudeness. These are the various times I reached out to them: when I initially called in, when I called again after finding the order was wrong, when I arrived and called from my car because they were closed, and today when I arrived and had to go inside because my name was not written down from the original call."
