"I brought a friend here on Friday. I told him how good it was. Ordered the spicy Ahi scarf and spicy Ahi pack. The fish was discolored, but thought it could be okay because I never had problems with this place. However, the pieces were hard and not as tasteful as before. Deep and behold, I got food poisoning a few hours later. It is now Sunday and I still have a sore stomach. very disappointed by this a bad experience. Was unfortunately served rotten fish. I find it hard to believe that I would come back soon or recommend this place. So cheated."

The lava bowl and sweet potato cake are the best, and the fish always tastes fresh and delicious. Quality on some other items, like the burgers, have gone down since my first review.

I had the deluxe cheeseburger and I was so shocked with how good it was. The best burger for only 4.25. Yes it is small but so full of flavor. My husband got the lava roll and it was super good! I also tried the hand roll maki with shrimp tempura for the first time and it was surprisingly good. The menu is a bit limited but so tasty.

Great gluten-free options!!!! The checkout was in knowing what ingredients do and not contain gluten. He could help me create a super delicious gluten-free Poke scarf to my gluten sensitivity. The Poke bowls are BOMB. My husband likes the lava dish (not gluten-free). The cashier even gives you a small container gluten-free soy sauce per request! highly recommended if you want a good poke or sushi hole in the wall with high quality and fresh ingredients
