"I live in the neighborhood and was excited that Lola Taverna opened. I love Greece so I was excited to bring my friend in to try it out. Sadly from the moment we walked in it was disappointing. Service was very unwelcoming and disorganized. We waited for several minutes with staff walking right by us not even acknowledging we were standing there. The bar tender apologized and said someone would be here soon to help us. The host didn’t even greet us, just walked past us, looked at his iPad and snipped ‘so do you have a reservation’. We are definitely coming back! I love the relaxed feel of this place – like dining on a Greek Island. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The Lamb and Moussaka was amazing and the Lola Salad was a great take on a greek salad Everyone loved the Grilled Red Snapper. Service was welltimed and friendly, exceptional wine list
