"Ok service is good and menu looks great. They have a huge menu so kinda hard to pin point a specialty that this restaurant exceeds at. I dont understand why they fry their flour tortillas for tacos or quesadillas. Speaking of these two foods there isn't a distinction they both look the same. Also the cheese that they use (maybe due to its proximity to St. Louis) provel cheese, which one never uses in Mexican cuisine. The salsa that they put on your table with chips is basically cold tomato sauce which shouldn't be called salsa. Maybe it should be called chips and marinara sauce cause it isn't spicy. large local restaurant, the owners and workers are great people. I like their tacos, cheese and enchiladas. They have specialties that make the food affordable with the whole family.

Food was ok. The person that brought out my dinner (not our waiter)spilled most of my cheese from my nachos and didn't even bring more when she saw what had happened. My dinner was a bit dry then.

I used to go to the one in Edwardsville all the time. Like 2 times a month minimum. Then they closed and this was our first tine trying this location. Completely opposite of what I was used too. Took our drink and food order, brought it out and that was the last time we had any contact with staff until they handed us the check. Even if I wasn't used to the other location that closed, I still wouldn't say this place is worth visiting. There are many many other superior mexican restaurants right down the road in Edwardsville that are worth the drive if you want a better experien...
